UPSTREAM_SYNC.md (new file):

Full table of 6 NCW invariants that must survive every rebase (plugin ID, command name, registerPlugin call, MM 10+ API guard, CSS injection, button class)
Step-by-step sync procedure: update mirror → review upstream diff → rebase → verify invariants → rebuild → deploy → tag
Shell one-liners to verify each invariant after rebase
Known conflict surface areas and gotchas

README.md: updated status table (all green), current command /meet, NCW customization table with reasons, links to UPSTREAM_SYNC.md
