The right-side App Bar icon was Jitsi's own blue-jay mascot on Jitsi-blue. Replaced with the NCW Meeting (handshake) icon, white on NCW purple #990066, 512x512 - matching the favicon/system-avatar Slash treatment. Source: Meeting Icon.svg from NCW-Branding-KIT.

After merge the plugin needs a CI rebuild + redeploy to CT#137 (the icon is served from the plugin public dir).

The App Bar icon (right-side toolbar, registered via
registerAppBarComponent in webapp/src/index.tsx as
public/app-bar-icon.png) was Jitsi's own blue-jay mascot on
Jitsi-blue -- upstream Jitsi branding. Replaced with the NCW 'Meeting'
handshake icon (white on NCW purple #990066, 512x512), matching the
favicon / system-avatar Slash branding treatment.

Source: 'Meeting Icon.svg' from NCW-Branding-KIT, rasterized and
composited onto a purple square at the same size/margin as the icon
it replaces.

Note: the channel-header button (Icon component using
Svgs.VIDEO_CAMERA) is guarded behind registerChannelHeaderButtonAction,
which MM removed in 10+, so it does not render on the current 11.7
server -- the App Bar icon is the only meeting icon visible.
