main branch: full mattermost-mobile history pushed (50 branches, all upstream tags)
upstream/v2.40.0-base tag: marks v2.40.0 sync point
ncw/main branch: created from v2.40.0, ready for NCW customizations

Next steps tracked in issue #2 (Phase 5 build). NCW customization work (app name, bundle ID, default server URL, branding) to be done on ncw/main when Phase 5 begins.
