Final user-visible string fixes so check-branding.sh passes. Webapp-only (server binary unaffected).

Final user-visible string fixes so check-branding.sh passes. Webapp-only (server binary unaffected). - footer.tsx visible copyright -> NCW / Slash - root.html <title> + application-name -> Slash Chat - check-branding.sh excludes *.test.* (mock license fixtures were false-positiving) - BRANDING_CHANGES.md documented Merging triggers the webapp CI build; dist then deploys to CT#137.
- footer.tsx: visible copyright © {year} Mattermost Inc. → NCW / Slash
- root.html: browser <title> and application-name meta → Slash Chat
- check-branding.sh: exclude *.test.* (mock license fixtures are not
  user-visible; aligns the gate with its documented scope)
- BRANDING_CHANGES.md: document the above

Makes scripts/check-branding.sh pass.
