check-branding.sh now runs as a blocking job in build.yml (push + PR + dispatch) and build-server.yml. Closes the PRD §7 gap: the audit was only a pre-commit script relying on local installation.

ci: run branding audit as a required gate in both build workflows

- New branding-audit job runs scripts/check-branding.sh on every push,
  PR, and manual dispatch
- build-webapp / build-server now depend on it (needs:)
- build.yml also triggers on pull_request (audit only; heavy build
  still push-only)

Implements the PRD §7 requirement that the trademark audit is a
required CI check, not just an optional pre-commit hook.
