Scaffold + mock-validated registration shipped in PR #1. Remaining for the real DoD (standalone demo page registers, places, receives a call using the branded dialer): needs task #1's real FreePBX WebRTC test extension, then a browser-based demo run.

PR #2 merged 2026-07-07 (SIP.js core, multi-line manager, branded UI). Full DoD (real call against FreePBX) remains gated on task #1 in the PRD's In-progress table, not this issue.
